Amazing ribs, a summer tradition
Scale: x0.25 | x.5 | x1 | x1.5 | x2 | x3 | x4
Perfectly cooked ribs; dry rub, barbeque sauce, and slow cooked to perfection on the BBQ.
Remove skin from underside of ribs.
Salt ribs, 1/2 tsp per side.
Apply rub, water first to wet them a bit, 2 Tbsp per side.
Cook ribs at 225
Apply BBQ sauce (1/3 cup per rack) and let caramelize on ribs for about 15 minutes.
