These banana bran muffins make a perfect breakfast or snack packed with nutrition. The recipe uses ripe bananas and bran, providing a moist, sweet, and hearty enjoyment. It can be made easily and enjoyed fresh out of the oven or stored for later use. The use of honey and bananas give a natural sweetness that is beneficial to health. Substitute honey with dark molasses for a richer taste.
