Banana Nut Bread

A filling and wholesome banana nut bread, perfect for breakfast or a tasty snack.

This is a fluffy, hearty banana nut bread that's sweetened with honey and made satisfying with whole wheat flour and bran. It's a great recipe for ripe bananas. Bake this bread in a loaf pan and enjoy a slice in the morning or as a snack. Be mindful to stir in the baking soda and salt with the bananas for a perfect and fluffy consistency.

Cream honey, butter, eggs, and milk

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 12 tsp (3 g) baking soda
  • 14 tsp (1 g) salt

Mash bananas well with a fork, stir in baking soda and salt

Notes
