Fish Fillets with Creamy Dill Topping

A delicious fish dish with a creamy dill and yogurt topping.

This special recipe features fish fillets topped with a mouthwatering blend of yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, and chives. It's finished off with a sprinkle of bread crumbs and paprika for a satisfying crunch and extra taste. This dish is perfect for dinner parties or a quick weeknight meal. For optimal flavor, use fresh herbs if possible, though the dried ones will do the trick as well!

  • 1 lb (454 g) fish fillets (sole, halibut, salmon, flounder, cod, etc.)

Wash and pat dry fillets, placing in glass baking pan, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper

  • 12 cup yogurt or sour cream
  • 12 cup (114 g) mayonnaise
  • 12 tsp dried dill
  • 1 Tbsp chives

Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, and chives and spread on fillets

Notes

The type of fish fillet can be any of the listed ones, or even other types to your preference.

You can choose to use either yogurt or sour cream depending on your taste preference.
