Jordan's Caesar Salad Dressing

A basic creamy caesar dressing

Scale: x0.25 | x0.5 | x1 | x1.5 | x2 | x3 | x4

  • 2 to 3 (8 to 12 g) cloves garlic
  • 4 squirts anchovy paste
  • 1 tsp (4 g) white granulated sugar
  • 12 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 drop tabasco sauce
  • 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 (51 g) large egg
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley
  • 2 to 3 (8 to 12 g) cloves garlic

  • 1 (51 g) large egg
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley

Combine in a blender (fresh parsley is optional).

Add oil in a thin stream, slowly.
