Maureen's Spaghetti Sauce

Easy non-traditional sauce, packed with flavour

  • 1 onion
  • 2 lbs (907 g) lean ground beef

Brown beef with onions in large saucepan.

  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 can tomato paste

Add tomato paste and cook another minute or so.

  • 2 cans stewed whole tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 Tbsp Clubhouse brand Italian spice mix
  • 2 cans stewed whole tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 Tbsp Clubhouse brand Italian spice mix

Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, bouillon cubes, and spices, and simmer to reduce liquid to desired consistency.
