My mother-in-law's spaghetti sauce recipe.
Maureen's Spaghetti Sauce
- 4 4 onions
- 8 lbs 8 lbs (3.6 kg) lean ground beef

Brown beef with onions in large saucepan.
- 2 2 cans tomato paste
- 2 2 cans tomato paste
Add tomato paste and cook another minute or so.
- 8 8 cans stewed whole tomatoes
- 4 4 cans tomato sauce
- 4 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 Tbsp, 1 tsp 1 Tbsp, 1 tsp Clubhouse brand Italiano spice mix, to taste
- 4 cups 4 cups (950 g) water
- 8 8 cans stewed whole tomatoes
- 4 4 cans tomato sauce
- 4 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 Tbsp, 1 tsp 1 Tbsp, 1 tsp Clubhouse brand Italiano spice mix, to taste
- 4 cups 4 cups (950 g) water
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, bouillon cubes, water, and spices, and simmer to reduce liquid to desired consistency.
