Potatoes Romanoff (x0.5 scale)

Potatoes Romanoff is a classic dish perfect for family gatherings or holiday feasts, thanks to its creamy texture and cheesy goodness. Prepare the dish ahead and bake it right before serving for a delightful aroma and perfect texture. This recipe is special because it allows you to prepare most of it in advance. Always make sure to refrigerate it overnight for the best flavors. Sprinkle some paprika on top for an added flavor and color boost.

  • 2 (400 g) large russet potatoes

Cook potatoes in jackets till done, peel and shred.

Stir in sour cream, onion, two thirds of the cheese, and salt.
