Ken's Spaghetti Sauce

A hearty, homemade spaghetti sauce packed with vegetables and flavorful ground beef.

This spaghetti sauce recipe is made from scratch and loaded with vegetables and herbs. The recipe is versatile and can be easily adjusted to suit your taste.   • 1.5 lbs (680 g) ground beef
  • 4 cups canned whole tomatoes
  • 1 Large tin tomato sauce
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 2 large onions, chopped and loosely packed
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 3 stalks of celery, chopped and loosely packed
  • 2 (8 g) cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 bay leaves
  • 1 Tbsp oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 Tin mushrooms
  • 1.5 lbs (680 g) ground beef

Put all ingredients into large pot

Let simmer for about an hour or more, stirring occasionally
