These sweet and sour meatballs are both satisfying and flavorful, perfect to serve for a family dinner or an event. The recipe involves making your own meatballs from ground beef and spices, then browning them in oil. The meatballs are then simmered in an easy-to-make sweet and sour sauce for an irresistible depth of flavor. Tips: Grating the potato ensures a tender meatball. Don't over-mix the meatball ingredients to keep them juicy and tender.
