  • 4 quarts (1.6 kg) rolled oats, large
  • 4 cups (364 g) sliced natural almonds
  • 1 cup (147 g) pepitas
  • 1 cup (144 g) unsalted, roasted, sunflower seeds
  • 2 cups coconut oil, melted
  • 2 cups (490 g) packed brown sugar
  • 1 13 cup (433 g) honey
  • 1 Tbsp, 1 tsp (24 g) salt
  • 1 Tbsp, 1 tsp (20 g) vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp (6 g) cinnamon

Combine together.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

Add coconut flakes and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes. Watch carefully so it doesn't burn!

  • 2 23 cups (357 g) sweetened dried cranberries

Stir in dried fruit.
