Hamburger Chow Mein (x1.5 scale)

A staple dish my parents would bring to 1980s potlucks

  • 1.5 onions
  • 3 stalks of celery

Fry meat, onion, and celery until meat is browned.

  • 3 (900 g) packages bean sprouts

Add bean sprouts and cook 5 minutes more.

  • 1.5 packages Catelli fine thin noodles, cooked

Add to cooked Catelli noodles.

  • 13 cup, 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 14 tsp black pepper

Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste.

Place in 2 greased casserole dishes. Bake 1 hour at 300°F.
