Pulled Pork Sandwiches (x4 scale)

Great for a big get together

Scale: x0.25 | x0.5 | x1 | x1.5 | x2 | x3 | x4

Makes 4-5 sandwiches

  • 3 quarts (720 g) shredded cabbage
  • 1⁄2 cup olive oil
  • 1⁄2 cup (120 g) apple cider vinegar
  • 1⁄2 tsp black pepper
  • 1⁄2 tsp (3 g) salt
  • 3 quarts (720 g) shredded cabbage
  • 1⁄2 cup olive oil

  • 1⁄2 tsp black pepper
  • 1⁄2 tsp (3 g) salt

Combine all ingredients to make coleslaw

  • 20 small hamburger buns
  • 20 small hamburger buns

Toast buns.

  • 1 cup (227 g) mayonnaise
  • 1 cup (227 g) mayonnaise

Apply mayonnaise to sandwiches and assemble sandwiches

  • 1.2 kg pulled pork
  • 400 g BBQ sauce
  • 1.2 kg pulled pork
  • 400 g BBQ sauce

Mix BBQ sauce and pulled pork.
