Apricot Glazed Easter Ham (x0.25 scale)

A sweet and tangy glazed ham with a hint of fruitiness.

This recipe uses a mix of applesauce, apricot jam, vinegar, and sherry to create a unique glaze for ham. The dry mustard adds a bit of zing to balance the sweetness. This glazed ham is perfect for Easter, but it can also be made for any special occasion. The addition of pineapple tidbits adds a tropical touch, making the dish extra special.

  • 12 tsp mustard powder
  • 12 tsp (4 g) water
  • 12 tsp mustard powder
  • 12 tsp (4 g) water

Combine dry mustard with water, let stand for 10 minutes.

  • 12 tsp vinegar
  • 1 12 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 12 tsp sherry
  • Pineapple tidbits

Combine everything and spread over whole or half ham before baking.
