Chicken Diane (x4 scale)

Simple version of this classic dish using a can of soup

Scale: x0.25 | x0.5 | x1 | x1.5 | x2 | x3 | x4

  • 12 chicken breasts
  • 1 Tbsp, 1 tsp black pepper

Cut chicken breasts in to 5cm x 10 cm pieces and sprinkle with pepper. Cook chicken through.

Cook broccoli but not too much, it should still be crisp.

  • 2160 mL cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups (454 g) mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp, 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 Tbsp, 1 tsp (20 g) lemon juice

Mix together cream of chicken, mayonaise, curry powder, and lemon juice.

  • 4 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 4 cups grated cheddar cheese

Put broccoli on bottom of a casserole dish, put chicken on top, then pour sauce over top and top with cheddar cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
