Jordan's Caesar Salad Dressing (x0.25 scale)

A basic creamy caesar dressing

Scale: x0.25 | x0.5 | x1 | x1.5 | x2 | x3 | x4

  • 0.5 to 0.75 (2 to 3 g) cloves garlic
  • 1 squirt anchovy paste
  • 14 tsp (1 g) white granulated sugar
  • 18 tsp dijon mustard
  • 0.5 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 drops tabasco sauce
  • 12 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 0.25 (13 g) large egg
  • 0.25 dashes salt
  • 0.25 dashes black pepper
  • 2 14 tsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 12 tsp fresh parsley
  • 0.5 to 0.75 (2 to 3 g) cloves garlic

  • 2 14 tsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 12 tsp fresh parsley

Combine in a blender (fresh parsley is optional).

  • 3 Tbsp (39 g) vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp (39 g) vegetable oil

Add oil in a thin stream, slowly.
