Jordan's Caesar Salad Dressing (x0.5 scale)

A basic creamy caesar dressing

Scale: x0.25 | x.5 | x1 | x1.5 | x2 | x3 | x4

  • 1 to 1.5 (4 to 6 g) cloves garlic
  • 2 squirts anchovy paste
  • 12 tsp (2 g) white granulated sugar
  • 14 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 drop Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 drops tabasco sauce
  • 1 12 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 0.5 (26 g) large egg
  • 0.5 dashes salt
  • 0.5 dashes black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp, 1 12 tsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 12 tsp fresh parsley
  • 1 to 1.5 (4 to 6 g) cloves garlic

  • 12 tsp (2 g) white granulated sugar
  • 14 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 drop Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 drops tabasco sauce
  • 1 12 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 0.5 (26 g) large egg
  • 0.5 dashes salt
  • 0.5 dashes black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp, 1 12 tsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 12 tsp fresh parsley

Combine in a blender (fresh parsley is optional).

  • 13 cup, 2 tsp (78 g) vegetable oil

Add oil in a thin stream, slowly.
