Jordan's Caesar Salad Dressing (x3 scale)

A basic creamy caesar dressing

Scale: x0.25 | x0.5 | x1 | x1.5 | x2 | x3 | x4

  • 6 to 9 (24 to 36 g) cloves garlic
  • 12 squirts anchovy paste
  • 1 Tbsp (12 g) white granulated sugar
  • 1 12 tsp dijon mustard
  • 6 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 drops tabasco sauce
  • 3 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 3 (153 g) large eggs
  • 3 dashes salt
  • 3 dashes black pepper
  • 12 cup, 1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp fresh parsley

  • 12 cup, 1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp fresh parsley

Combine in a blender (fresh parsley is optional).

Add oil in a thin stream, slowly.
