Jordan's Caesar Salad Dressing (x1.5 scale)

A basic creamy caesar dressing

Scale: x0.25 | x0.5 | x1 | x1.5 | x2 | x3 | x4

  • 3 to 4.5 (12 to 18 g) cloves garlic
  • 6 squirts anchovy paste
  • 1 12 tsp (6 g) white granulated sugar
  • 12 tsp dijon mustard
  • 3 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 drops tabasco sauce
  • 1 Tbsp, 1 12 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1.5 (76 g) large eggs
  • 1.5 dashes salt
  • 1.5 dashes black pepper
  • 14 cup, 1 12 tsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp, 1 12 tsp fresh parsley

Combine in a blender (fresh parsley is optional).

  • 1 cup, 2 Tbsp (234 g) vegetable oil
  • 1 cup, 2 Tbsp (234 g) vegetable oil

Add oil in a thin stream, slowly.
